October 12, 2015Is this residential complex is bad, dirty, there are always problems, sometimes you can not even get out, and go through the walk that walk can not park cars blocking the sidewalk. The residence halls are dirty. The ugly Gardens, If I had the money I would move to aque.unfortunately I am disables a partime in Disney.Review from Apartments.com
Just Okay (not LUXURY like they tell you)
August 25, 2015I've been here since Oct 2014 and my lease is about to end; I will not be renewing... The property likes you to think it's Luxury Apartments they have, but they are certainly not. Don't get me wrong they're not terrible, but just not the best. They're livable: kind of small for the price they ask for, paper-thin walls, not properly insulated windows/doorways, the entire property is beat up/old, and we're not the safest neighborhood.Review from Apartments.com

20 percent rent increase has me cringing
July 27, 2015Nice place but our rent is jumping from 860 to over 1000. They have a mandatory (we pay 25 a month) garbage pickup, which is unreliable at best. I've taken the garbage to the dumpster more than half the time and of course they always manage to place blame on tenants. There were many problems when we moved in and they were helpful repairing the unit. 7 pools on site is convenient. Move from Oregon and wish we had taken more time to find a place.
