Collin and Marissa in the office are always friendly and helpful, and Anthony and Sean from maintenance are prompt and reliable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and intentional! They truly care about the people at this property. The property manager went out of her way to make sure we had a smooth move in. The leasing agent, before we signed, stayed after office hours just to provide us with information and answer a couple burning questions we had. Gone downhill, lots of theft

It was once a decent place to live, but I will have to move out once lease is up. Heard lots of tenants mention some break ins with their vehicles and in the surrounding area, and the apartment does not feel nicely built for what they are charging. Noise is frequently an issue

The complex is great and has been quiet. We have multiple friends in the apartment and going to and from is easy. The common rooms have coffee, tables and vending machines. It's close to restaurants and bars and a lot of other apartments.
