Collin and Marissa in the office are always friendly and helpful, and Anthony and Sean from maintenance are prompt and reliable. The property is clean and well-maintained, the residents are welcoming, and the location in Northeast is perfect—close to so many great venues, parks, and restaurants. March 25, 2024I just moved in and still learning and adjusting but my experience has been very good so far. The building and apartment is very clean, neat and modern. Love laundry in the apartment. Love the staff and the property.
July 24, 2023The staff is friendly, helpful, and intentional! They truly care about the people at this property. The property manager went out of her way to make sure we had a smooth move in. The leasing agent, before we signed, stayed after office hours just to provide us with information and answer a couple burning questions we had. I greatly appreciate this staff for the hard work they do to ensure every tenant feels safe and secure in their decision in living at Grain Belt. The area is very quiet ...compared to anywhere in north east and the property is perfect for pets! It is well kept and the staff are more than happy to receive honest feedback without any kind of backlash.Property Manager Responded

Gone downhill, lots of theft
June 28, 2023It was once a decent place to live, but I will have to move out once lease is up. Heard lots of tenants mention some break ins with their vehicles and in the surrounding area, and the apartment does not feel nicely built for what they are charging. January 4, 2023The complex is great and has been quiet. We have multiple friends in the apartment and going to and from is easy. The common rooms have coffee, tables and vending machines. It's close to restaurants and bars and a lot of other apartments.Property Manager Responded
