The property manager went out of her way to make sure we had a smooth move in. The leasing agent, before we signed, stayed after office hours just to provide us with information and answer a couple burning questions we had. I greatly appreciate this staff for the hard work they do to ensure every tenant feels safe and secure in their decision in living at Grain Belt. The area is very quiet ...compared to anywhere in north east and the property is perfect for pets! Gone downhill, lots of theft

Heard lots of tenants mention some break ins with their vehicles and in the surrounding area, and the apartment does not feel nicely built for what they are charging.
