The Grand Vista Apartments

pool/jacuzzi area is a nice little treat especially after a long week in work :) The gym as everything is kept nice and clean, so far all the tenants I see in there do a good job of wiping down the machine with the wipes provided once they're done. There's plenty of equipment from running, cycling and elliptical machines to hand weights, balance balls, and a few strength machines (unsure of the names). I have seen a few reviews of people complaining about the noise from other apartments, I can honestly say that unless the neighbours are having screaming matches which happens once in a blue moon, then the walls really aren't that thin. I guess this comes down to who you live next to. The property manager Meredith is extremely accommodating, a very quick and thorough problem solver... she's also really friendly which adds to my enjoyment of living here. I've had one reason to call out maintenance here in the 2.5 years and think I waited no more than an hour for the maintenance guy to come over and help me with a light fitting. I think the most important parts of finding somewhere to live is the safety of the area - The Grand Vista is in a very safe, friendly area and is within walking distance of a number of cafe's over on Tujunga and Ralphs is walkable too if you needed to :). The management on site - they're friendly, approachable, helpful and caring. Parking - The apartment block has two undercover parking lots for the two buildings here. The only downside is that there is no guest parking however there is plenty on the residential streets outside. Overall The Grand Vista is a fabulous place to live!
