February 27, 2022I had a tour scheduled and no one showed up. If this is how they treat incoming residents I can only imagine how they treat their current tenants. There are plenty of better options that are less expensive with management that will actually show up for you.Property Manager Responded

The Haven is an AMAZING place to live!!
May 20, 2020There are not enough words to say how great this place is! I started out dealing with Dillard, who was so kind, and then with Shadow and Susan. EXCELLENT customer service. They didn't treat you like a resident - they treated you like family. If ever I am in the position to live in that area again, that is the ONLY place that I will live. This is home
May 14, 2020I have lived here for over two years and we love it. The apartment layout is great (we have 2 bed, 2 bath) with individual rooms for a pantry and laundry. The grounds and amenities (before the tornado) are great as well. While they are repairing and rebuilding after the tornado they have been fast to start the rebuild and have worked really hard to help us with being moved to a new unit (our ceiling has to be replaced so we have to move units) shadow in the front office is great. She helped us so ...much with getting us moved and helping get us movers (we’re on the third floor currently) she is so nice and really cares about the residents here. The maintenance team is top notch! They are so nice, quick to respond to a request and accommodating. Our AC went out during the summer and they gave us window units until the parts came in which was just a day or so. They really make living here so much better.Property Manager Responded

Don't recommend
January 20, 2020This complex markets itself as a "luxury complex." In reality, it's not and a far cry from that label. 1. The hallways of the apartments are filthy - the ground is dirty, often littered with trash, bugs, and dirt. 2. They claim the hot tub and pool are open year round, but that's not true as the pool and hot tub are often closed in the winter 3. Paper thin walls 4. Bug problems, even for the cleanest and neatest of tenants 5. Staff is polite before you sign up and stop caring once you sign a ...least 6. Gates often broken 7. The grounds are poorly maintained 8. Love Where I Live!
December 8, 2017I moved into The Haven at Commons Park 3 years ago and I absolutely love living in this community. I have never had any issues with getting anything fixed or speaking with the office staff members. Everyone at The Haven has treated we so well and the other residents have been super friendly. Over the last few months they have been having so many resident events and doing kid friendly activities. I've seen new faces in the office and I feel like the new employees are doing very well. Don't be fooled by these attractive apartments...
November 20, 2017The Havens have been a nightmare.... What you don't see on the tour is the noisy neighbors, moldy windows, & rude staff members. Prepare to hear your neighbor at all hours, day or night. These apartments have little to no soundproofing so you can hear every footstep, flushing toilet or load of laundry your neighbor does. Staff members blow complaints off with generic reply that "it's apartment living." The windows are horrible & mold all winter due to the condensation. Overpriced for what you get
September 3, 2015I have lived here a year and a half. The complex used to be maintained very well, the staff was very nice and helpful. In the last 6 months, there has been a change in staff and they are extremely rude. I went to ask for some help one day and the property manager, Christy, laughed in my face. I asked to speak to her boss which happened to be on the property that day, and he was more interested in sorting boxes that had been delivered than talking to me. One side of the complex looks like ...luxury. This side looks like trailer trash because there are boats and trailers taking up parking, of which I was also told that was against policy and would be taken care of. That was six months ago. About 3 months ago, I found mold in my bedroom window. When I called them and told them, they came and painted over it. So, it's back. I would not live here if I were you.
