Love living at The Haven. Management and staff are helpful. Property is always maintained and kept clean. Maintenance always comes either the day of or the next day for work orders. Also love all the sensory and areas for wildlife here. Great amenities & amazing views from building and quick access to highway 151/410/1604 plus restaurants/businesses. Would recommend to anyone interested in moving here!

When putting in a maintenance request the staff is prompt, friendly, and they pay attention to detail. Professional front staff as well. The staff in the front office is Kind, Friendly and professional. Most of them greet you by your name.

So far its been alright no issues no complaints. Maybe leasing agents could be better at informing but the best one is Joe! The apartment was clean when I moved in just my living room fan string came out when trying to use them and balcony frame was coming off a little bit but other than that its been great.

My Hills! and I have been at the haven for 2 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing! Maintance immediately accommodates swiftly! The amenities that are offeredbare of quality and always available. Something that is overlooked is the parking that is available - there are plenty unlike other communities! Highly recommend staying at the haven at Westover hills!

Been living here for almost 2 years, my family and I enjoy the amenities and the charm The haven has here, the pool and the hot tub is a bonus having our trash taken for us is quite nice. Highly recommend apartments super cozy and spacious for what you pay for!

don't rent here

Disappointing

I’ve been here for a while I’ve had several maintenance issues including Mold in my unit that’s is over walls and doors. the complex themselves stated “they don’t know” where the problem is coming from.. I’ve asked to terminate my lease based on mold issue as my children have asthma and this is a huge risk to continue to take to live in such conditions where the problem is TEMPORARY getting fixed. This is beyond frustrating and the regional manager Bonnie only gets the side notes. It’s come to ...
