Love my home, they take such good care of the property. The gym has a kids area which was a top selling point for me! The pool is well kept up with and the park my kids enjoy.

We just moved in last Friday, everything has been good so far. The staff was good with helping me move in and the neighborhood seems very quiet which i like. Hopefully i can find friends in the area soon so i can get out the house.

not the best. wish the dog park was bigger and cleaner not so extremely dirt filled as well as the hottub is never working. apartments aren’t the cleanest when you move in as well!

Love living at The Haven. Management and staff are helpful. Property is always maintained and kept clean. Maintenance always comes either the day of or the next day for work orders. Also love all the sensory and areas for wildlife here. Great amenities & amazing views from building and quick access to highway 151/410/1604 plus restaurants/businesses. Would recommend to anyone interested in moving here!

So far its been alright no issues no complaints. Maybe leasing agents could be better at informing but the best one is Joe! The apartment was clean when I moved in just my living room fan string came out when trying to use them and balcony frame was coming off a little bit but other than that its been great.

My Hills! and I have been at the haven for 2 years now and it has been nothing short of amazing! Maintance immediately accommodates swiftly! The amenities that are offeredbare of quality and always available. Something that is overlooked is the parking that is available - there are plenty unlike other communities! Highly recommend staying at the haven at Westover hills!

Been living here for almost 2 years, my family and I enjoy the amenities and the charm The haven has here, the pool and the hot tub is a bonus having our trash taken for us is quite nice. Highly recommend apartments super cozy and spacious for what you pay for!
