Untrustworthy
September 11, 2022I do not recommend renting from The Hudson,something here isn't right.I am a current resident at The Hudson.We are being backed bill for water we have already paid for when they switched water companies. Refund check was sent to the office from water company,yet they kept it!Review from Apartments.com
THEY DON'T CARE
July 25, 2021So because the management has changed all the older reviews have now vanished. I will report. I lived here for 3 years and previous management was great. They understood hardship and worked with my husband and I and we were able to get things done as agreed. New management is horrible, they don't care about anything that you have to say. They're only concerned with getting their rent on time. Nothing that was supposed to be completed (maintenance) was ever completed. I would put in a request and ...then it would come back to me as being completed and NO ONE ever came to me about anything. I work from home & I never got a knock at the door. I had to use the breaker to turn the stove on and off because no one ever wanted to fix it. When I call the office no one EVER picks up and leaving a message does nothing. Upon leaving we tried very hard to be able to give our keys to someone in person but they refused and made us to drop the keys into the drop box. We dropped them in on move out date and then received notification that we gave them the leys 2 days later... WHAT!!. I really dislike how they treated me and other tenants and happy that I've moved out. If I could give -5 stars I would. I'm sure they just wanted to kick everyone out anyway so they can renovate the place. :/ They'll be super nice to move you in but once the lease is signed. beware!!
