    Moved in in April. Mgt team and concierges are friendly. Pool, fitness room and common areas are exceptional. Our few maintenance/repair requests have been quickly and adequately addressed.

    I like this place brand new apartment clean and good stuff, fantastic pool area also not noisy inside and outside the appliance. Close to the katy trail for walking and running.

    I think that the owners/property managers do not invest the appropriate amount into staffing for how the apartment is marketed as "luxury". There is not enough cleaning staff to ensure the common areas are clean, not enough maintenance staff to ensure the building is kept operational, and not enough security to ensure we feel safe.

    I have mixed feelings - the maintenance here at The Katy is good only depending on who comes to fix it. I also think the property itself isn't maintained well - the common grills are broken and often very dirty, the common outdoor sink is broken, the landscaping around the pool hasn't been updated since the freeze 2 years ago. It is not maintained that great considering what we pay to live here
