Love it here. Only have one complaint about the gates. I’ve lived here since February and the gates have been broken since. Other than that, I recommend others to give this complex a try for excitement, comfort and a friendly environment.

Beautiful and fun apartment complex; however, staff is extremely disorganized and incompetent. I'm shocked that it took two weeks to get an apartment when it should be a few days only.

My experience leasing and moving into my new apartment at The Kelly was smooth and went very well. Devon, in the leasing office was so friendly and helpful. I have also met the maintenance staff and they were friendly and helpful as well. So far we love our new home!

Beautiful complex. Great customer service from the office team. I have meet some great residence and puppies at the dog park. Can’t wait to finish getting moved in so I can make it down to the beautiful pool.

I’ll start by saying how easy and user friendly the experience is to apply, fill out the forms, and use the applications for the property. Everything is laid out step by step. Natasha was AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable on the process and the property itself. She answered all my questions and was helpful when filling out the paperwork. Honestly a great community. There are little things that could make it better but it’s mostly resident focused. Some residents are rude, don’t pickup their dog poop, they speed, are loud, let their dogs bark on the porch for what seems like hours. Also throwing their “regular” trash in the doggie pickup stations, maybe there needs to be regular trash cans around the complex. And at least one more doggie station by building 8 / near mail boxes. I also find it very ridiculous that I pay a lot of ...
money and the gates that are held open by tow straps haven’t worked since I moved in back in December.
