Everything is laid out step by step. Natasha was AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable on the process and the property itself. She answered all my questions and was helpful when filling out the paperwork. I also arrived at 1030 pm on my move in date and she was very accommodating allowing me to get into the apartment. The next morning she gave a tour of the ...property and clubhouse. The property is in pristine condition and always looks clean and brand new. March 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comHonestly a great community. There are little things that could make it better but it’s mostly resident focused. Some residents are rude, don’t pickup their dog poop, they speed, are loud, let their dogs bark on the porch for what seems like hours. Also throwing their “regular” trash in the doggie pickup stations, maybe there needs to be regular trash cans around the complex. And at least one more doggie station by building 8 / near mail boxes. I also find it very ridiculous that I pay a lot of ...money and the gates that are held open by tow straps haven’t worked since I moved in back in December.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
