Not worth at all
April 22, 2026I have lived here for two years. The staff are nice and helpful, location is great. There is literally no climate control though. You either opt into the heat from end of October to end of April, which is gonna bring your apartment to 78° + if you leave it on, or you opt into AC and your apartment is 65°. They also refuse to turn on the air conditioning when it’s 80°+ in the spring because the system is so old it can’t be turned on and off without breaking. February 1, 2023I have never lived somewhere I felt as safe, happy, and Bougie as I do in this apartment. Ideal for young professionals, this building has excellent security, responsive management and maintenance, and the LOCATION! Right near Nicollet Mall and the downtown Target would be a big upside on its own, but during the week, this building is also directly connected to the Skyway system! The ability to access that entire network without ever having to go outside is an INCREDIBLE boon during our ...tundra-esque winters. Not to mention assigned garage parking in the heart of downtown, again a huge plus during snowy times. One of the best places to live downtown
August 12, 2020Property management is amazing. Staff are some of the friendliest people I've met. I lived there for three years, apartment was in great condition. Had only one maintenance request in the three years I had been there - they take really good care of the building and units. It is extremely quiet and we never hear our neighbors or the noises of downtown. The location and helpful staff can’t be beat! The only downside to the building is that small dogs are not allowed, that’s the only thing that might keep us from renewing our lease for another year. If the pet policy changed, we would renew in a heartbeat because everything else ...is perfect. Great place overall!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful experience at Metro Apartments
June 12, 2018The Metro Apartments are fantastic. You can live and work downtown while still having access to a quiet home at night. The staff here are so kind, responsive, and helpful. I did a lot of research before leasing my studio and honestly this place is so great compared to other units in the community. The units here are affordable and super well-maintained too. There is a small gym and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the summertime. The attached parking garage is also great. Everyone who lives here ...is friendly and professional. Very Professional Building Management
October 25, 2016My wife and I moved to Minneapolis and spent our first year in the area living in the Metro Apartments. We were very pleased with the quality and condition of our apartment when we moved in (recently updated so it felt like it was brand new) and had an overall great experience with the building management. In the year we spent there we never had any urgent maintenance needs. On the occasions that we had minor needs management was always available and very responsive to our needs. Good location.
November 22, 2015The location is quite good. Being skyway connected makes a huge difference. Management is very responsive and friendly. Common areas are kept clean, and the building seems quite safe. Noise is minimal from above and below, but the walls, on the other hand, are rather thin and noise travels easily between apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Perfect!
August 25, 2015My fiance and I are both from small towns and really wanted to experience city life. We had no idea where to start, so we went on apartments.com, put in our "must haves" and started the search. We found the metro apartments and immediately fell in love with the location and layout.
