February 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been here for five years now and for the most part everything has gone well. Maintenance is readily available if needed there’s a dog park on the property and around the corner. I really have enjoyed my stay.

September 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI planned on signing another years lease here at the Mod however I'm not so sure. I can't seem to get any maintenance work done. I'm always told by the maintenence person that I need a work order even though I've submitted a work order via phone and have gone into the office several times with my requests. The last time in went into the office she told me she forgot...really. Time is drawing near. I need a little more professionalism regarding these issues. August 1, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI'm being charged for renter's insurance that I already had, for which I had provided proof to the prior management here. The current management claims there is no record of that, and because I did not upload the coverage declaration to an address that I was never provided, they feel they are justified in adding this extra $50 to my rent. Basically, they are ripping me off on a technicality, as I have been covered for the whole period of the extra charges. I feel justly entitled to be reimbursed ...for these extra charges, but if I'm not, I'm out of here at the earliest opportunity, which is too bad, because I generally like it here when I'm not feeling like I'm getting scammed.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

February 20, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIt has always been up and down here at the mod, but the new staff that has taken over are petty vindictive and dismissive to the tenants of these apartments. They look at us as less than. This might actually be true with the tenants that have been brought in over the last 6 months as there are drug dealer and prostitutes flinging their wares openly everyday. I wrote a bad review 3 months ago and was given a letter of non renewal for my lease after almost 8 years as a tenant. I was told that that ...they did not have to tell me why, but the manager could not help herself and told me that it was due to the bad review (I recorded the conversation) what of the people that cannot afford to just up and move what of them? Are they to live in fear of retribution from the management if they dare to criticize the staff and their poor performance? When I've had an issue, I've shared my concern with the office staff and ultimately things get taken care of. The manager for this property CARES. I've had nothing, but pleasant experiences with Nohemi at the front office who since I came to look at the unit and has been phenomenal. Your experience and expectations matter to her. I can't appreciate more than I do that I feel heard. There is a bit of a roach problem, I'm ...not even going to lie. It's disturbing to someone who has NEVER had that issue! There is no lapse in getting pest control over the issue if you are vocal. My experience here is a quiet and safe environment which is important as a mom of two!! My only complaint is parking. I have a nice spot close to my unit, but it's usually preoccupied by people who don't even live here and to pay for that is asinine to me.
