We love living here! We have an amazing view of the marina. We suggest to all of our friends looking for an apartment in the area to come check out our property. The office and maintenance staff go above and beyond to help when needed. The area is safe and clean. Floor plans are very nice with beautiful upgrades.

So far it seems like a nice quite community. The staff have all been super helpful! I put in my move in inspection and within hours had received a phone call by the service team to schedule repairs. They communicated very well and were very efficient.

I like it here, however, it's begin to be too expensive. The utilities have gotten to be too expensive. The rats are extremely bad and other rodents are running around like crazy. I don't know what the exterminator does, because one thing, he doesn't do is exterminate. I even seen him one day, not doing anything with the container in his hand. The staff and maintenance are nice, but that is it. It doesn't have the luxury appearance like it use to.
