I don’t live at the Oliver but my brother does ! His apartment is spacious for a studio ! Love the amenities of the community and access to the light rail ! I have enjoyed visiting him at his new apartment

Love this complex and my apartment is absolutely amazing!
Minimal issues; but nothing that is not normal.
The Best part of my stay here in this Complex is the maintenance team. Clay and his team are, by far; the Best! They are prompt on all requests and very knowledgeable. Their follow up is unmatched and also Clay as the supervisor; does a final check in to insure that I (as the tenant) am totally satisfied. It was great from when it opened till November 2023 when they changed management! Now it’s dirty, no amenities work and they charge $56 dollars of convenience fee on top of your rent to pay online! BS! There are better communities in the same area.
