Love this complex and my apartment is absolutely amazing! Minimal issues; but nothing that is not normal. The Best part of my stay here in this Complex is the maintenance team. Clay and his team are, by far; the Best! They are prompt on all requests and very knowledgeable. Their follow up is unmatched and also Clay as the supervisor; does a final check in to insure that I (as the tenant) am totally satisfied. Horrible place to live! Stay away!

It was great from when it opened till November 2023 when they changed management! Now it’s dirty, no amenities work and they charge $56 dollars of convenience fee on top of your rent to pay online! BS! There are better communities in the same area.
