Poor property management
December 8, 2022Do NOT move here! They will not respond to your maintenance request, not even energency ones. My AC has broke several times in the summer, I had my kids sitting in diapers because it reached up to 102 in our own apartment and STILL no one would come for weeks until I had to take it to corporate. Currently dealing with a leak and its been over two weeks no one cares. The walls here are painted so horribly that anything stains the wall and you can not clean them because the paint will rub off.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE
September 25, 2020this is the WORST place i’ve ever lived!! The property manager Jasmine is SO RUDE and so is all the other staff in the office! they never answer the phone, maintenance doesn’t come until 3 weeks after you put in a request, THERE IS NEVER ANY PARKING ! oh and get this, they say it includes a pool and a gym but you have to pay a $50 deposit to get a key. ITS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR AREADY EXPENSIVE RENT! The property manager lies so bad it’s disgusting! I’m willing to get an eviction just to move out ...of this place! let’s not get started on the overflow of trash and the millions of cats that run around all night. I’ve never had pest control come and SPRAY EVER AND IVE BEEN HERE SINCE NOVEMBER! the staff will harass you by banging on your door if you miss a rent payment. December 27, 2019To say that this community is managed poorly would be a drastic understatement! Where do I start, the mailboxes for the units were broken for weeks and they didn’t fix them. The mail service sent mail back because the property management failed to inform us that they were holding the mail for those boxes. Good luck trying to get something properly fixed from maintenance, they are a joke! Every single work order I have ever made has been half done or worse. The owners of this property seem to do ...business to only profit them, with little regulars to how it effects the people living there. misleading staff
December 23, 2019This staff mislead me to rent an apartment by telling me they were offering free laundry service. Then they never gave me a mailbox key so I could get my mail. Told me I could pick up my mail on a Saturday when their office was closed for a holiday party that I was not notified of. Instead of giving me a mailbox key I had to wait over 3 weeks to get my mail which had important government documents. It’s okay.
September 13, 2019The office never answers the phone. You get three days to get your rent in, it doesn’t matter if you get paid on Friday they slap $100 fine to your rent. There are 2 pools, one is constantly dirty no one swims in it, just the ducks. The laundry unit building doors are constantly falling off. The model unit looks the best. We moved into our unit with holes in our walls, paint on the floor, cabinet drawers falling out, our bathroom cabinet is rotted. We have been told for 6 months they are ...replacing the cabinets. Maintenance Nightmare and Horrible Management
April 29, 2018I ran into so many issues living at this apartment for a year. Constant cockroach problems that weekly pest control doesn't solve. Ran into a few major leaks and mold in my ceiling that took over a month to finally resolve. On top of all this, at the end of everything, they stole my deposit and charged me extra, and never told me about it.
