Renters Reviews and Ratings
Great location in downtown Hoboken
August 30, 2024One of my children has been living here with roommates as they attend Stevens Institute of Technology. The apartment building is kept up and includes amenities which were a pleasant surprise. I was also impressed with how great of shape the apartment itself is in. The wood floors look good, the apartment has large windows making the space warm and welcoming, and the kitchen has been redone in recent years.Review from Apartments.com
Nice
August 16, 2015Management takes carecif things pretty quickly. The rent is pretty high but it is a fully managed building.Review from Apartments.com
