Management sucks. Bed bugs in (6). Pool never opened . If your ac breaks hot or cold they leave you for 1 -2 weeks or more waiting for replacement. Bottom patio/balcony is rotted from termites. They deny ever having bedbugs. Do Not Move Here!!!

Nobody works in the office The pool is closed most of the summer because they're too lazy to take care of it. The city had to shut it down for safety violations. The clubhouse they mentioned doesn't exist The insulation is horrible. Enjoy freezing in the winter and being miserably hot in the summer And they'll charge you when your lock is broke because they can't be bothered to keep things maintained.

I was contacted to schedule a tour. At the time of the tour I showed up and nobody was in the office. When I called back they didn’t have my appointment scheduled. Also the exterior grounds is poorly maintained.

Do not live here

I currently live here and it is not worth the money at all. They act like they care to fix things but they really don’t. We have placed several maintenance orders that never received a response; for example, our air ducts need to be cleaned. The air quality is so terrible in our apartment that we wheeze when we wake up in the morning. I have explained this to management through many texts and phone calls and they say they’ll get back to me about that and then never do. Second, our back door is ...
not sealed properly and whenever it gets cold, it can get down to 65 in our apartment within a couple of hours due to the draft. We have to overcompensate with the heat and it drives our energy bill up. The last tenants tried to get the front door fixed because if it gets too cold, it won’t close properly, meaning it also doesn’t lock. Third, we had to clean the carpets ourselves because management did not and there was so much dog hair and dirt and dark spots in the carpet from the tenants before us. Do not waste your money living here.

Absolute dump

Used to be a nice place but ever since the new management took over it’s gone downhill fast. Drug addicts have taken over and almost every night there is people banging on doors and fighting. The upkeep is horrible and the dumpster is overflowing with garbage and mattresses. Can’t wait to get out of here.

I have been at this apartment complex for over a year now, and I have enjoyed my time living here. Management is great. They always get back to me in a timely manner, and have quickly responded to my maintenance issues and problems, which have been few and relatively minor. It is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The pool area is also lovely during the summer. The apartments are in a solid location, too. I have personally appreciated having a grocery store, gas station, fast ...

Maintenance

I’ve had sewage problems since day 1 of living here. Even after the maintenance man supposedly came and “fixed” it, it still has continued to happen. They pretend to care about your needs but really don’t. Spend your money elsewhere.
