massive mold issues (drywall and in vents), constant water issues, mail boxes have been broken for months, multiple vehicle break-ins, management is unresponsive, maintenance repairs are half assed, lack of urgency with any issues, management misplaced my pet deposit records and I was forced to pay twice, the complex is run down. They advertised renovated units but the truth is, they’ve masked problem areas with glue and paint. do not move here!

I am looking for a new home and I was with speaking to Carmen the apartment manager, who was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the amenities and also letting me know what all the neighborhood has to offer the closeness to surrounding stories and food locations, Hillside Canyon apartments property has a lot to offer I will be returning to make it my new home Thank you so much Carmen for your time. you were supper kind and very helpful and you answered my questions.

7 hours with no AC, call and report it at 11:15 am. On call service stated will call maintenance, call after two hours, on service stated maintenance on the way. They lie call at 530 pm and they said I'm sorry but maintenance not able to come out today, so no AC all day and night really, this is outrageous. Even with my 1 year old with asthma and it was reported on the first call. Please do not move to this place maintenance sucks. I've been living here for 2 years. I'm calling every two hours, ...

same response there should a law against this issue.

Complex has a huge flooding problem poor drainage. Every time it rains the water rises to our front door and stands for days. It draws the large mosquitoes. My kids can't use the front door have to go over back fence to get out for school. Very poor drainage and I hope we or neighbors never have emergency. We keep insurance.

The worst apartments ever , they can't keep management or a manger and the apartment have sold at least a half a dozen time to new property owners. And the people are rude that run the place there's always flooding in the apartment complex.
