In the 5 years that I have lived at Reserve, I have had zero complaints about it. Clubhouse staff is courteous, maintenance team is top notch(shout out to Zach!), updates seem to happen frequently, the community is decently nice… zero complaints and I have recommended many friends to stay here!

The homes are beautiful and the location is perfect for anyone. Whether you have a family or are a single ready to mingle. The office team are amazing but maintenance could use some work. Some of the guys seem like they’ve never gotten any type of social interaction training and can be quite rude but most of them are actually very polite and get the work done right! Overall it’s been a wonderful experience being able to live here.

I have lived in two different apartments during my stay at the Reserve at Barry. The first apartment was a two bedroom on the second floor. It was in pristine condition upon move in. We lived in the apartment for 13 months and only had to make two maintenance requests. The only complaint we have is our neighbors below us smoked and our house would often fill with the smell. Could also here them talking and their child crying very well. Overall, our first 13 months were livable and to be expected ...
from an apartment complex. Moving forward to the current apartment we transferred to after our lease ended, a three bedroom villa. This has been the longest three weeks. Upon move in, carpets were still wet from carpet cleaner and house wreaked of musty smell. With further evaluation a bedroom closed floor was full of water and soaked so bad a towel could not help. The first time we tried to use the dryer it did not dry the clothes and turned our house into a humid sauna because the hose was not attached properly. After that was fixed the dryer had yet another issue. The time did not work and while we were asleep, it ran for 8 hours frying our clothes. That was finally resolved after a week of staying here. The dishwasher has not worked in the three weeks we have been here. Four different maintenance requests were made and each time the dishwasher was still not usable. Finally an order was put in to get a new one, who knows when that will come. The washing machine had been broken since our move in, as well. We did not notice an issue until we could tell our clothes were not getting properly cleaned. As someone who works outdoors this was a big issue because many of my clothes are permanently stained because they were not washed properly right away. A maintenance request was made and we were told that the belt looked like a cheese grater. It has now been replaced. To name some less irritating issues, the front door squealed upon opening and closing, had little to no weather stripping left, and with the deadbolt you can still fit your fingers in the framing (safety issue as someone could easily fit a crowbar or screwdriver in this opening to unlock door.) hallway sink was cracked and had little water pressure, master bathroom sink drain was clogged and did not drain, vinyl is peeling up around hallway bathtub, garbage disposal did not work upon move in, and fridge wall is cracked and has a broken shelf.
