July 7, 2025The Reserve at Barry has upscale apartments with rents below competitors who have not totally renovated each apartment like the Reserve has done. A very friendly community. All necessities are within an easy walk, ie Wal?Mart Super Ctr, banks, Hy-Vee grocery, hair care, and eating establishment at nearly all price points. 6 bus stops service this 55 acre campus. Alot of well manicured lawns with mature trees. Amenities are beyond all imagination: 2 swimming pools, tennis court, dog park with ...dog wash, and mail rooms are secure. Maintenance lives on site. New light fixtures, both kitchen, bath and laundry in each apartment is brand new, right down to granite counter tops. Luxury, convenience, pet friendly at a very affordable price point. 1,2 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes. I have enjoyed all features of the Reserve at Barry for over 17 years.
