My daughter has lived here almost 5 years, and she has loved it! The apartment complex is always kept neat and clean, the management staff – particularly James and Alexis - are very responsive, friendly, courteous, and professional. My daughter has had very few issues that have come up, and is always amazed at how quickly any type of maintenance issue is attended to and fixed very quickly, and done right the first time! Phen is amazing! I have read horror stories about other apartments in Newport ...
News, and I am so grateful that my daughter has never had that experience here. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

Management is not consistent, has changed at least three times in the last 2 years. Then on top of that they can't seem to get their towing situated. I've had to get at least 3 different parking decals within the past 2 years. Why do I have to keep bringing my registration when it is already on file to get a new decal. Please make it make sense. nice quiet community but management is the worst. If They asked me to recommend, I would not recommend until they get some stable management and stop ...
requiring me to bring in my registration in every 3 months for a new decal for parking. Then I do not know what they are doing painting the curbs black when they should be yellow, that's a hazard within itself. Please get it together.

Community seems to be pest free and clubhouse is very clean. Parking can be a challenge. Pool is clean. Workout area is top notch. Maintenance team works hard and is very responsive.

I love living over here is very very quiet. Don’t have to worry about my packages being bothered with. No one bothers my packages at my doorstep. The parking lot is very well lit at night. I love it and I love the office management and also the maintenance. They’re very good about fixing things that need to be fixed.
