Roach infestation, unprofessional management, no security whatsoever for the elderly, and area isn’t lit at night for those tenants who decide to smoke outside at night.

If you enjoy spending time killing insects, then this is the place for you! I lived there for three years and the dwelling is infested with cockroaches and other insects! Management is poorly run. The rent was inexpensive and now I know why!
They don't process your application correctly

I was told that the application could process the same day (Darielle gave me that info). Well, after a few days later, I called in and Jeffrey told me that the application was still under review. I said that I applied few days ago, and Jeffrey put me on hold. He came back 5 minutes later and told me that my application was denied and to check my e-mail, what a coincident? How can the application that is being review all the sudden give a decision just like that? And the report from my e-mail was ...
false information. They use Realpage as the 3rd party, if you check online you will see that these guys often report false info due to glitches on their end.
