Rats in the apartments!!!

These apartments have rats that climb in and out of the walls of this building and then into the apartments. Rats are a serious health hazard. Additionally, the entire building has a sickening odor.

Elevator smells of urine and cockroaches

There is one elevator and it has to be used to get to every apartment; it has a strong smell of urine. Every apartment has cockroaches.

Been here for 5 years an I love living here in down town Wichita Kansas. My landlord are very nice. There 105 apartment's here in the building. I See your Advertisement on television. So I thought I would give it a try. Thank you all.
