Would like to say 1st This is the true about my experience with this complex, we paid on time and was not a problem people. Went we came to see the apt the one bedroom was not available to been shown so we saw a 2bedroom Mistake #1 move in. found that we had an old tub, and the toilet was way to close to the counter, the dryer had black marks in it, the bedroom window will not close, the Livingroom windows will not open and the front door has a 1/2 inch gap, was told the windows would be fixed ...
and screens added, as well the gap under the door. One Year (-3day) still nothing has been done. To top it all off the AC is out, we put a request but the office is not open for maintenance on Saturday so No one got the request, I waited all day (very HOT) and at 8pm called the emergency number to report and they will not come until tomorrow. Not to mention there is not ample parking. SO GLAD TO BE MOVING, IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE NOW!!!
