October 12, 2015The Varsity offers spacious apartments located around the University of Delaware. They are town-home style where the bedroom(s) and bathroom is upstairs, and the kitchen, living room area, and washer/dryer are downstairs. Semi-new carpet and hardwood flooring. Perfect for undergrad/ graduate students or young couples. Each apartment has it's own entrance, plus this area is great because there are nature trails located right behind the apartments and it is a 5-8 minute walk to Main Street.
