February 3, 2026I’ve lived here for about a year now and was recommended this complex by another tenant who described it as having a nice sense of community, and I wasn’t disappointed. Management communicates well, maintenance requests are handled promptly, and any issues I’ve had have generally been addressed and resolved in a timely manner. While there have been a few ongoing noise issues with neighboring tenants that haven’t been fully resolved yet, management has continued to communicate well ...overall. January 15, 2026Callie Coleman, Andrea, and Isela here handle people and the property remarkably well, are responsive to service requests, and any questions. They are unfailingly kind and professional. I have seen good things happen here since Callie came to us, security issues addressed, and challenges with it overcome. The Village is well-lit, has clean grounds, has a good-sized, designated dog area and playground. The pool is simply beautiful, and I use the gym here three times a week. Both are so nice to ...have on this property. We enjoy the proximity to both nearby Domain shopping area and Walnut Creek trail / park. December 11, 2025It is just been 2 months and it has been my worst experience so far. Water is shut down very frequently and the service request has not been resolved for more than 2 weeks. There is no approximate date till now for the service request resolution. Any other issues with delivery are also not even considered by the leasing office agent when reached out for help.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2025My experience this far has been good. The office staff has been professional and provided great customer service since the beginning. You can tell they truly care about their community and residents. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; it’s for sure worth the monthly cost. I can honestly say this has been one of the first apartment complexes I have moved in where the unit was fully cleaned, and very little things to mark on the resident move in sheet. The small thing I needed fix I was ...able to submit a maintenance request and they came to fix in a timely manner. The area is quiet and convenient to so many places such as shopping, food, adventures, health care places, and so much more. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a home.
