    It is just been 2 months and it has been my worst experience so far. Water is shut down very frequently and the service request has not been resolved for more than 2 weeks. There is no approximate date till now for the service request resolution. Any other issues with delivery are also not even considered by the leasing office agent when reached out for help.

    My experience this far has been good. The office staff has been professional and provided great customer service since the beginning. You can tell they truly care about their community and residents. The apartment is spacious and comfortable; it’s for sure worth the monthly cost. I can honestly say this has been one of the first apartment complexes I have moved in where the unit was fully cleaned, and very little things to mark on the resident move in sheet.
