Where do I start?!?! The grounds are immaculate. Each townhome has character and charm with various layouts to chose from. Keenan was a breath of fresh air. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel as if we were already home.

This is the coolest community. I came and toured and they are so nice. A townhome rental is exactly what this area needed. I cannot wait to move into this place. Taren (the Manager) was so down to Earth and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone!

Took a tour of this place yesterday as I am thinking of moving to the area. Looks new, clean, nice looking gym as well. The woman who led my tour was not pushy, she was really nice and knew her stuff. I am divided between this complex and another closer to downtown. I am leaning towards here because the staff was less pushy and more professional. Plus i am past my roaring 20s and uptown is too wild for me.
