About Thunderbird

Spanning across 12 acres of desert landscaping, our community features one, two, and three bedroom homes. You can host a barbecue at our many grills and picnic areas throughout the complex. Children will enjoy staying active at the soccer field and play area. Each of our units includes ceiling fans and central air so you can keep cool. A private patio also comes with storage space so you never have to feel cluttered. The kitchens feature a refrigerator, gas stove, garbage disposal, and tile flooring. Avoid at all cost

I've been without a working AC unit for 3 weeks this summer. A portable was placed in my livingroom so I haven't slept in my bed for weeks. Just found out the part that I waited for 2 weeks was the wrong one. I guess that'll be a month I've been living in this inferno. I've been a tenant for 7years and the service gets worse by the year. I'll be out in 3 months.

if you own a pair of good headphones to drown out all the trashy neighbors noise, then youll be ok. if you dont, i suggest you get some. the rent is cheap, and the saying "you get what you pay for" is definitely true here. the office staff is atrocious, and trash and debris litter the grounds at all times. but other than the noise, violence, litter, and altogether bad living conditions, its a pretty good place. its better than being homeless.
