when you call the office they never answer, the office is constantly closed, water is shut off at least 3 to 4 times out of the week, rent keeps going up and the service they provide keeps getting worse and worse by the day, when you at least get some one on the phone, they do not even let you talk, they talk over you, and the saying "the customers is always right" does not mean anything to them, I am not saying I want to be always right but they could at least let you speak and not talk over ...
you. sad I have never experience such poor customer service ever. cars get stolen, the only nice area is the soccer area other then that, everything is dirty and trash is everywhere, dumpsters stay full and bags of trash all around it, you see maintenance walking around like nothing. they do not care about their place of employment. sad very sad

These apartments are horrible save your self and look elsewhere I had to break my lease and pay the fee I am getting out of this place! My car has been dented so many times! There is trash everywhere when I moved in my apartment did not have blinds, working ac, a working dishwasher, or lights in the rooms! Absolutely insane.

Lived here for six months-six months to long, place is full of cockroaches, they charge you for pest control but they never fumigate, never any parking because they sell parking spots to the complex next door, management is horrible. They take forever to fix anything. Just a terrible place to live.

The apartment itself is nice and big. All updated appliances, very spacious and great price.
Cons:
The property isn't very well kept, I walked in to an apartment infested with roaches. The surrounding apartments are also infested so as much as we try to exterminate, they somehow make a comeback. The neighbors play very loud music and the children that play outside are also very loud. Me having a newborn, i asked to be placed in a more quiet area and it wasn't possible. Also, no real ...
