Worst management I have ever seen
January 19, 2023Management is laughably bad. If you have any questions or concerns about your apartment, be ready to have to send minimum 10 emails just to get a response back - AND EVEN THEN they give you the most generic and unhelpful responses. As someone who lives here (not for much longer) DON'T MOVE HERE! After a recent incident, some of my neighbors and I have been texting about the terrible management here. And trust me when I say that it's not just me that's fed up. Lots of us are looking for other, ...better places to live. I'm just fed up.
January 10, 2023My 8 month old and I have been awoken by the fire alarm more times than I care to count in the last 6 months. It goes off in the middle of the night and what makes it even worse is that I had to stand outside in the pouring rain with my baby while we waited for the fire department to arive and tell us that it was yet ANOTHER false alarm. The managing team has done nothing besides sending generic emails the next morning about the "unfortunate incident". A pretty large number of residents have ...gotten together and discussed moving out due to the constant disturbances and lack of accountability from management. STAY AWAY!
January 10, 2023Like being constantly woken up in the middle of the night? If not, then you DO NOT want to live here. The fire alarm goes off every other week in the middle of the night. Been happening for the least few months with no signs of ending. Management offers nothing besides "our apologies" and won't even attempt to fix the issue. Lots of residents are fed up. September 8, 2015Tiffany Court is a great place to live based on its location, large apartments, quite neighborhood, and the top quality management. I actually rented my studio apartment without seeing it, and Ricardo made sure that I was comfortable of doing so. Richardo and the management is very attentive, responsive, and helpful. Great apartment community in a walkable neighborhood
August 6, 2015I've lived at Tiffany Court for over two years and highly recommend it. The apartment block is a security building, with a management office staffed 6 days a week. The community/property manager, Ricardo, is fantastic - he's a friendly, helpful guy. Any maintenance requests or queries are actioned quickly. The common areas - foyer, pool, laundry, halls, and lifts - are well maintained. The only downside is that there's no gym, which doesn't really matter because there is a park nearby for ...exercise/workouts. The apartment itself was freshly painted with new carpets when we moved in, with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. we have a balcony looking out into trees lining the road, which cuts out some of the street noise. Be aware, 6th is a busy street, so if you get an apartment on that side there will be regular fire trucks and ambulance sirens. With the doors and windows closed the noise is not too bad. Only a few of the apartments overlook 6th. On the whole it's a quiet building, filled with friendly residents. There are regular community events held poolside, which is a nice way to get to know the neighbors. The miracle mile area is really nice.
