Love it here!
September 30, 2023I’ve lived in a good amount of apartments and these have by far been my favorite. I’ve been here for over a year and don’t have any complaints; maintenance is always super quick to respond, management is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Jasmine, Gloria, and Marah are all so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend Tonti Lakeside enough!!Property Manager Responded

June 15, 2023I've been a resident for about 3 years. Marah and Gloria are the absolute best. You can tell a lot about a property, by the manager sometimes. They're mostly if not always prompt with their responses, very understanding, and have become like family (well until they take my rent money lol)... The only time i've had a complaint while living here, was beyond their control (cant control who you live near) however they always handled it professionally! August 3, 2021Moved here from a different state and I am pretty much satisfied with the Tonti Lakeside Apartments. The apartment is in a very good location with all the facilities. The amenities including the common areas, the pool and the gym are beautiful and very well maintained. Management team and maintenance crew are top notch. Special thanks to Mariah and Sergio who helped me to find my unit all the way through move-in day and providing me the keys. They were very responsive and made sure I was ...satisfied.
