November 22, 2023Nice townhomes but too many homeless people around for the price that you pay. Also be wise and look at the additional fee they will charge you along with rent to include trash, pest control 105.00 extra on top of rent.Property Manager Responded

Very spacious but not perfect
October 8, 2023Overall the units are great and maintenance is fast and friendly. However, homeless people and teens who do not live in the complex walk around and go in empty units which is not safe because a lot of small children live here. Also sometimes the neighbors do not pick up their trash outside their units and makes complex look kind of dirty.Property Manager Responded
