April 8, 2026I’ve lived here for three years and it was honestly the best place I’ve ever lived. That is already changing because a couple months ago, the complex was bought by a new company. They are raising rent by hundreds of dollars on current residents and I can already see it going down hill. Things are breaking and not being repaired and the social media pages are flooded with lame AI pictures of the property with AI generated residents. Sharing Feedback on Lease Renewal process
January 14, 2026I have consistently given 5-star ratings in previous years, especially appreciating the location and staff. However, this year my rating would be lower due to my lease renewal experience. The team was firm on a nearly 10% increase, despite online pricing appearing significantly lower, and after multiple requests, no alternative options were provided. I hope the management can review this process, as greater flexibility and transparency during renewals would greatly improve the resident ...experience.
