Tradewinds by Cortland is a really pleasant apartment to stay. The floor plan is open, with plenty of windows and natural sunlight. It does not feel boxy like many other apartments complexes we have evaluated. the place is well kept and I have fast responses to some of the things that break down. Highly recommend the apartments.

My experience living at Tradewinds at Willowbrook had been great. The management here has been so great in our time of need and very understanding. Theyve also made such great modifications to our building and gym. It is a great place to live at and plan on staying here for much longer.

Run. Lonnie is cute but rude and heartless. Parking is awful after 9pm. But the community is beautiful just need a staff overhaul. You are only as strong as your weakest link.....

I have lived for a few years in my apartment and I think that renovation is needed because the appliances are old, paint and carpets too. Or just your company do it for when someone new arrives? No incentives to renew the contract for current people, no money but at least apartment improvements?
