June 12, 2025I love these single family homes. They’re really nice and have my own backyard for my pup is amazing! Their pool and workout room are super nice too. The property manager, Stacey is so kind, sweet and always helpful when I need something. Tannis and Tass are quick to respond for any maintenance issue. Don’t do it
May 30, 2025I've lived at this property for a bit, and I gotta say the houses themselves are really nice. The maintenance team is on point - they're quick to respond and fix issues. However, my experience with the leasing office has been a major letdown. It's ridiculously hard to get ahold of them, and when I finally do manage to reach Stacey, she's often short with me and doesn't seem very patient with tenants' questions. Would love to see some improvement on the communication front. 3/5 stars.Review from Apartments.com
