I Had a Terrible Experience at This Apartment Complex

I lived at Upper E apartments for about a year and a half and it was awful. The maintenance team rarely responded to work orders in any kind of reasonable timeframe. It was extraordinarily difficult to get anyone to do any work. The staff were unresponsive and unprofessional. They were sarcastic and rude toward me on a regular basis. I had to call the corporate office on multiple occasions just to get them to do their jobs.

There's absolutely no way this property should have a 4 star rating on any site. This is literally the worst place to rent in America. This is not a fake review. I'm a sherman oaks resident. Our water has been off since 4pm 11/4. Its now 4pm 11/5. Mold everywhere, work orders take weeks, ZERO correspondence when you ask them to show up for work orders, the gate and back wall have been broken all year. Just terrible. These are facts, folks.

The property: Coral Gates need to be bulldozed like yesterday! MOLD MOLD MOLD everywhere. Trash everywhere. Almost everyone on the property has had COVID-19 because of the laundry room that does NOT get cleaned. My mom got Covid and don't go anywhere but to the laundry. There's a mean, gossiping lady that is always outside harassing other tenants about her reserved parking space that she says she pay $50 a month for, the office denies it but continues to let her reserve spaces while everyone else ...

has to follow the rules. Now several cars are reserving spaces with cones.

I'm currently located in Lakewood Dallas. I LOVE the location of my apartments!! However the management sucks! They run the property like an East Dallas property and not seeing the potential in the location and upcoming surrounding neighborhood.
