I love the area ..everything is near by..rose is very in the office..I gave 3stars because neighbors above me are very noisy and this morning a rat was in my kitchen

When we see the tour home it was nice compared to our apartment a lot of things don’t work the washer has completely ruined our clothes my sink is leaking kitchen cabinet is rotting away you can see under my front door

Neighbors arguing late at night or talking loud in stairwell and high speeds in parking lot no one seems to care about speed or following you close on way in. Garbage service makes stairs dirty and sometimes leaves food bits.

So far pretty good and very affordable has most of the amenities anyone needs apartment was very clean when moved in except for the bathroom toilets but was able to clean it other than some bugs here and there not common though not a bad place to live

The noise is to a minimum if any the neighbors are relatively friendly there is always a parking spot somewhat nearby. The amount of things that I had to correct upon moving in was a bit disappointing.
