I must say that as soon as I spoke with leasing agent Jay I was immediately stress free, and once I moved in I knew I was right at home. New carpet, valet waste trash pickup,gym, pool, six weeks of free rent, and the list goes on. I really do appreciate the time that the lease and agent took to make sure I was in a unit that was the perfect fit for me. So would that be in said if you’re looking for a very nice place to live very friendly staff and budget friendly come check out University Park ...

When we see the tour home it was nice compared to our apartment a lot of things don’t work the washer has completely ruined our clothes my sink is leaking kitchen cabinet is rotting away you can see under my front door
