Good community but a lot of roaches and pest issues no matter what we do. Great staff and employees at clubhouse very clean and very polite amazing pool and amenities but the roaches have been an issue since moving in.

Everything is well, When i first moved in it was a couple of things that needed to be completed. When I spoke with front desk they got on it immediately. It was a smooth transition.

I have been asked to update my review. I have lived here for 9 months now. Not much has improved since my last review. The disabled parking continues to be a problem. Residents without disabled parking tags or plates parking in disabled spots. I looked around at other units and noticed screens on their windows. Over 5 months ago I requested in writing screens for our windows. I am still waiting. The smoking of marijuana continues to be an issue. I go to work at odd hours of the night and very ...
early morning. The same people are outside smoking weed almost on a daily basis. Just recently the people above me must have had some sort of party because it sounded as though a stampede was going on upstairs. BUT I must say the very positive thing about these apartments are the maintenance workers. They do an outstanding job. Friendly, professional and courteous. If I have an issue and I submit a request it is handled within 24-48 hours.

Staff is great and they are very understanding and kind. I would love if maintenance requests could be taken care of in a quicker manner. Pest control should be mandatory every two weeks with y’all knowing they are in every single apartment. That’s my biggest thing.

I like the complex, but the balcony cleaning is very poor. The squirrels tear open the trash bags, and when the trash is collected at night, everything gets scattered and no one cleans it up.

Overall decent but definitely room for improvement. The landscaping could be better, as could the pest control services. 24 hour access to the gym is a nice change though.
