All the residents are quiet and considerate, the location is close to everything you could want, and the staff is always helpful and timeful. The apartment itself is new and well maintained. October 28, 2023This is a newer, more updated apartment than I have been in for years and at a comparable price as the older ones. The apartment is good sized, love the kitchen. Very pet friendly and lots of walking trails and areas. Very quiet area. July 12, 2023I've had a great experience living here at Ventura Turttle Creek apartments. The staff here is great! Jenniffer and Cassandra are awesome!!!!They both are very kind,helpful and responsive, whick makes living here much more enjoyable. The maintenance team here is fantastic!!! David and James are very knowledgeable with their work and have a very quick response time. As soon as a maintenance request is submitted they are the next day, if not the same day. Stay Away.
January 31, 2022The absolute WORST management. For the last year, not a single person answered the phones or called back from the leasing office/ management. They ignore residents' needs and give false incentives for new coming residents. We were told upon signing the lease that a pool would be built in 6 months. No pool has been even started and 13 months have passed. Parking is a serious issue. Only about 8 guest parking spots for the entire apartment complex. Front gate malfunctions regularly. After lease ...ended and move-out was complete, the management continued to bill us for full month rent. Save yourself the headaches, don't sign a lease here.Property Manager Responded
