Poorly managed

Pictures shown aren't the actual outcome of the apartments overall. The flooring isn't new, the carpet was removed but with massive scratches, old carpet glue and uneven surface. Many apartments don't have proper window blinds, microwaves or shower walls as it shows in the pictures as well. Many apartments patio has poor stable wooded flooring feeling unsafe to use. This entire complex has poor parking spots, air conditions/heaters, loud noise from the outside and dirty washers/dryers.

New Owners Renovating
July 29, 2017
I just moved into a newly renovated two bedroom unit that I love. It looks brand new! The property pays for all expenses, so I only have to pay the rent. The only extra fee was optional -- I paid $30 for reserved parking next to my unit, otherwise I would have to take a chance on parking. There are signs of work outside around the pool with a new Pergola and fencing. The manager told me that the new owners have plans to fix up the property inside and out. There is a laundry room that ...
is near the center of the property so it's easy to get to. The people I've met so far seem to be nice enough. At night it's been quiet. If you are looking for an apartment in this area I would recommend this one.
