May 29, 2023Since I have moved in these apartments I have been having non stop issues. Our HVAC unit is still not getting fixed, we have mice, spiders, ants and roaches in and out of the apartment biting. I have photographic evidence if needed, my rent is extremely too high and not the amount agreed upon on. I need someone to come out and take a look & something needs to seriously be done about it. Our water is constantly off with no acknowledgement no warning or communication. They’re never in the office to ...take rent, after they’ve taken the online portal down so this has caused me to be behind on rent.
