horrible office management beware !!
June 6, 2022**BEWARE** Before you apply at this apartment complex!!! They told us anything and every lie in the book to sugar coat the application process and to take our money before we even got "approved" there was no communication between office staff and their manager, ask a lot of questions before they take your money and not give it all back also. We got screwed over so bad, this is just so unfair! Pretty good complex
March 10, 2022Quiet neighborhood, maintenance is fast. Just no notice before they come… no time to pick up dirty underwear lol. Great place if you’re not picky, a bit too expensive for what you get tho.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible isn’t even the word
September 20, 2018While I was pregnant living there they never did anything about the infestation problem I had. I had noticed it moving in contacted the office but no one ever came. They only came to exterminate the massive wasps nest I had lingering around my doors. The ac never worked so it was well over 90 degrees in there. Mind you again I’m pregnant at the time. The “manager” in the office stated I was selling drugs also stated that it was my fault that the ac never worked. Not only that when I had an ...emergency lock out because my nephew had locked the doors she said there was nothing that can be done and to call a lock Smith. Not worth the money or the headaches. oh and when I was giving birth instead of letting me pay the rent online their systems were mysteriously down and I couldn’t pay any other way and they ultimately filed for eviction DONT MOVE THERERead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Terrible!
May 9, 2018Note: They changed their name for the 3rd time in less than 2 years and don't get fooled, it only gets worse. First of all, these apartments are way too expensive and you could find much better for less but when we first moved to Texas we were in a situation were we had to go with the first option and God don’t I regret it! You will find roaches in the house first thing in the morning no matter how much you clean up and use the toughest cleaning products you will wake up to them in the kitchen ...and let me tell you, that sight will ruin your morning and keep your stomach turning all day. Some cockroaches are so huge omg it is disgusting! Some staff members are so unprofessional it is disturbing. As far as maintenance, if you don’t have the patience to give it a few days to sometimes a few weeks then don’t bother mentioning it. UNSAFE, HORRIBLE & OVER PRICED!!!
August 12, 2017My friend moved into one of these apartments about 6 months ago and when I came to visit her a couple of weeks ago her stairs going up to the apartment are falling apart they are detaching from the wall and screws are starting to pull down as well.. My friends have kids so this is so unsafe for them and the people downstairs.. Also when it rained last week all one wall to the apartment in front got wet all around the fireplace.. I told them to report it to the news becuz the managers are ...obviously not doing a thing about it.. But yet rent is so high.. I wonder if they have state inspections that comes out to check the property out becuz it's in a horrible place.. Managers can't be truste either becuz they just go into ur apartment when they want to with out notifying u and I can only imagine how much has been taken from several tenants.. Summer came and went and the pool was filthy never cleaned or even attempted to be cleaned.. Poor kids who live in complex too!! Horrible!!!!
August 24, 2015We couldn't move out of this place fast enough. The complex is falling apart and that is no exaggeration. The roofs should have been replace years ago but instead, they cover the holes in the roof with blue tarps. Drive by and you will see it for yourself. Within 6 months of each other 2 apartments burned out completely and they still haven't been rebuilt. If you need something fixed you have to let them know a minimum of 2 times. Forget the pool! It's a disgrace. I only used it once because the ...bottom of the pool is coming up in chunks. Lamp posts are left unfixed after a wind storm in the spring.
