Great community!
May 12, 2021My honest review: I have enjoyed staying at Walton Riverwood Apartments(Vinings) for 4 years. I recently moved into a brand new community, otherwise, I would have renewed my lease. The staff, especially Natalie(Manager) have been amazing. Any issues I had were resolved immediately. Living at Walton Riverwood was peaceful, my neighbors were quiet and simply a nice place to live. When I was ill and unable to drive to the store, a leasing staff member offered to go to the store for me. They offer ...free grab and go breakfast/coffee, events and even movie night on the front lawn. The maintenance staff were great. Any issues I had with my apartment, Cory or another staff member would resolve issue ASAP. Upon moving out, I was given a surprised move out gift. Honestly, that was the first time I’ve ever received a move out gift:) Overall, this is a great place to live and I would recommend it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad Place to Live
October 3, 2019Bugs. Unfriendly management. They double booked the freight elevator, delaying my move-in. Noisy neighbors. Constant threats to add fees or fines to rent. I pick up after my dog rigorously, but after I moved in, people (not just me) people starting getting fines as big as $250 - $500 for not cleaning up dog poop. Walton Riverwood Community
August 20, 2015It's the best of both worlds: just ten minutes from downtown Atlanta but far enough outside of the city to be quiet, with a slightly suburban feel. The facilities are beautiful, especially the two-story gym and pool area. Any time we've needed service or had questions, the staff has been extremely helpful and friendly.Review from Apartments.com
Great place
August 9, 2015Great place to live, the neighbors and staff are supper friendly. The property is beautiful and is in a great location. My only complaint is that after the first year the rent increased by $150, the average is $50. I was told that is was still under market rate, it was like they were recouping their money from the first year, I got a decent rate because I was one of the first people to move in.
