Save yourself the trouble
November 1, 2019DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have been living in Walton Vinnings for two years and it is the worst place I have EVER lived. I just woke up this morning, October 31, 2019, to my car on bricks! Literally! The cops came out, I had a report done, then went to the office because it is a safety concern. They CLAIM “the safety and security of our community is our top priority and we encourage you to let us know of any concerns” THAT IS NOT TRUE! The gate has been broken “3 weeks” and they had previously sent a ...letter out to residences stating that because the gate is broken, there will be “security patrols at night from both a security company and our on-site courtesy officer” but neither were provided. All four of my tires and wheel were stolen off of my 2018 Dodge Daytona the night of October 30 and left on bricks and they have been less than sympathetic and have denied me my right to be upset. My lease ends in January but I do not feel safe any longer in this neighborhood and they are refusing to accommodate my concern. I have reached out for legal advice about this matter on how to end my lease early, save yourself the trouble. Loved living here!
July 11, 2017My husband and I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath at Walton Vinings for 3 years and we loved living there. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the apartments are large, quiet and spacious and the entire team who manage the property are friendly. Any maintenance issues we had were dealt with within 24 hours and Tony and his crew were always super flexible to work around any time constraints we might have had in regards to needing to be home to put the dog up during routine maintenance checks. We loved ...being so close to 285 and downtown, but we always felt like we were part of a small community. The close proximity to 285 did mean that you heard noise from the interstate but it was minimal, you got used to it and I hardly ever heard our neighbors (we had neighbors next to us, below us and above us) which was great- it really added to the feeling of privacy once you got home. It was really important to me to find a complex that was gated, and actually used their gates, and Walton Vinings did just that which really added a lot to me in terms of security and how safe I felt in the complex.
