Terrible!!
February 27, 2016I am living here now and this place is horrible! Someone has died in the creek behind the building, there are kids running everywhere, and they refuse to fix things. I had my hot water heater tank lit 3 times in one week and was told that they would not come out to light it again until a Monday because it was not an emergency! Since when was not having hot water not an emergency! I am beyond angry with these people! Waterford Valley Ranch
September 22, 2015This is a family friendly community if you have kids they will always have someone to play with. The maintenance are really friendly and always take care of any issue you have. This is a safe community I've been here 3 years and have not heard of any crime around the complex. The area is well groomed, Always! If you are a Dallas Cowboys fan you might see them driving up and down the street their training facility is next door to the community.Review from Apartments.com
