Not Luxury at all
June 7, 2021Not sure what happens to people reviews. This place is run down. Needs repairs, new roofing, cabinets, painting. Lots of turnover with residents. 5 managers in 18 months. I have spent 1500.00 in upgrades myself to make it palliative. Good layout, but mold on the outside in back and front. Holes in the roof. My neighbor is infested with spiders. Another neighbor has rodent issues.Review from Apartments.com

August 29, 2015My townhome is awesome! Friendly neighbors as well as great staff. Whenever we need anything repaired they bring someone out that day or the next morning. Even have bags to clean up pet dropping with when walking your pet! This is a great place to live and I really recommend it!Review from Apartments.com
