The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Up to date. Security system was a bonus. The few issues I did have, Mr. Patrick, the maintenance manager, came and handled very promptly! He was awesome. Tiffany, the office manager, was very helpful on that side of things. The only downside was the lack of visitor parking. Having visitors required a lot sometimes, and I think it'd just be smarter to have marked parking for residents. Best two years with a property thus far!

At first, the apartment was nice: good sized closet, laundry room, nice kitchen. Then it started to go downhill: the HVAC unit stinks everytime it comes on, there's dog poop everywhere in the green areas (despite the property using Poo Prints), and the neighbors are awful--howling dogs, smoking weed in the common areas, not to mention all the noise from slamming doors and stomping around that shakes the walls and floors. There's also not enough parking for the people who live there, forcing ...

people to park all over the place. The maintenance person is very nice and hard working, but it's the neighbors that make this place so bad. I'm moving out as soon as I can.

The Wendover Axcess apartments were a great place for my and my children to come home to for a few months while we waited to close on our house. We spent several months in the furnished apartment which was very nice. Great location with lots to do within just a few minutes. This was overall a great place to live! Like any other place we ran into a few problems but Tiffany and Nicole handled each issue professionally and as quickly as they could. Thre are plenty of opportunities for you to be involved in the complex community (contests, events) -- I even won a contest! Lol It's conveniently located near lots of eatery and shopping. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful. Nice layout (2 bedroom). I do think they should have more than one maintenance man but other ...
