The views are beautiful everywhere you go; the residents are very friendly and look out for each other; the leasing office and maintenance have been outstanding and helpful! The location is so very close to a nice drive into the mountains and lots of trails to hike. Love the dog parks and meeting all the sweet dogs. March 14, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe space and amenities are great quality and feel luxurious! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, however some issues are sometimes not fully resolved. The only real downside to living here would be the amount of birds that takeover the complex during the summer.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI really enjoy the area so far. The sliding glass door is solid and I don't hear road noise. However, my bedroom window sounds like it is open and when I checked them, they are closed and locked. I also didn't realize I'd hear everything my neighbor upstairs was doing. Love the dog areas and the path. I love the closeness of Deer Creek Canyon and the State Park.Property Manager Responded
