In my opinion I think it is way to expensive to live in these apartments. The people are rude, i have tried to introduce myself to my neighbors and in all the time I have been here I have yet to speak to any of them. Getting poop bags thrown at me by a grown man was the cherry on top.

Nice spot - love the big dog park and close to trails. Units are finished well with good appliances. The clubhouse and gym are nice too. The complex seems nice and private too.

Absolutely love the complex and all the amenities offered. Every individual that I’ve met whether it be my neighbor or someone I’ve met around the dog park have been extremely nice and friendly. I also love just how helpful and available the clubhouse houses and maintenance is.

My husband and I love living here! the amenities are great and the neighbors have all been really kind. We love the staff as well as the welcoming environment. The property is quiet and well taken care of, and there are plenty of trails nearby for adventuring!

Maintenance is wonderful here, responsive and friendly. The office staff is friendly and easy to talk with about life out of something needs addressing. I am not a fan that on occasion the autopay for rent only pays for utilities and we get an email stating we need to pay rent. Some people don’t clean up after their dogs. When you look around walking the grounds there is a lot of dog poop in the grass. It would be nice if there was some way that doesn’t involve calling security to help with ...

Best property to live in. The staff here are amazing. Always professional and friendly always willing to assist with any needs. Plenty of fun events going on through your the year at the clubhouse too.

Overall my experience living here has been great only been here for about a month. There is not much noise. Everyone is overall super nice. Maintenance is extremely helpful and quick which is greatly appreciated.

While no experience is perfect and there are always ways to improve, I try not to take for granted how beautiful it is where we live, how safe I feel walking alone in the complex, how safe I feel letting my children play, how clean it is, etc. so thankful that we chose the Westerly as the place we call home.

Maintenance team deserves 10 stars!! Mason, Justin, Mike & Daniel are ROCKSTARS. I always love to stop and chat with them. They're super helpful, speedy and reliable. I have been renting for 11 years now and this is hands down one of the best maintenance teams in Colorado. As far as everything else it's not terrible. One huge compliant is there was a break-in under us and actually next to our garage and we weren't notified. Better communication from the office outside of their event planning ...
