It has been a great experience so far! I love the community, people are friendly, and very pet friendly. I enjoy the dog parks for my daughter’s husky, it allows her to release energy and she gets to meet new doggy friends. Love the amenities the complex. The staff is very helpful, maintenance needs better communication. We have had an issue with our washer and they supposedly came and looked it while we were out. My issue is better communication with maintenance and letting residents know if ...

they aren’t home that they were there and what they found and did to rectify the issue. We had no message or note that they were here, found out online with a short note that they had completed the job ( not done still had issues) Overall my experience here has been wonderful and we feel it was the right choice for us to move to.

The Westerly apartments are terrifc! The grounds are immaculate kept, the pool area is like being at a luxury resort. Staff are very approachable and prompt with any questions I may have. There is always some type of social event going on. I love the location and am very happy.

Chill people. Lazy days by the pool or playing pool. Best times are bbqing and meeting new neighbors. Haven't had issue with crime like you do in the major cities. Great views of the front range
