I really enjoy the area so far. The sliding glass door is solid and I don't hear road noise. However, my bedroom window sounds like it is open and when I checked them, they are closed and locked. I also didn't realize I'd hear everything my neighbor upstairs was doing. Love the dog areas and the path. I love the closeness of Deer Creek Canyon and the State Park.

Amazing place in a quiet and scenic area. The complex is surrounded by beautiful pine trees, which create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. This is a great place to live, and although the vetting process was pretty intense, we are glad to be here. There is a lot more than Mesa eye, especially for the inspection report and I wish that I realized everything that could be corrected about our apartment. There’s quite a lot going on not everything is as plain as it could be and there are many damaged things. That being said the staff is absolutely delightful and I am looking forward to spending.And we are looking forward to spending the ...
next 16 months here.

In my opinion I think it is way to expensive to live in these apartments. The people are rude, i have tried to introduce myself to my neighbors and in all the time I have been here I have yet to speak to any of them. Getting poop bags thrown at me by a grown man was the cherry on top.

Absolutely love the complex and all the amenities offered. Every individual that I’ve met whether it be my neighbor or someone I’ve met around the dog park have been extremely nice and friendly. I also love just how helpful and available the clubhouse houses and maintenance is.

My husband and I love living here! the amenities are great and the neighbors have all been really kind. We love the staff as well as the welcoming environment. The property is quiet and well taken care of, and there are plenty of trails nearby for adventuring!

Maintenance is wonderful here, responsive and friendly. The office staff is friendly and easy to talk with about life out of something needs addressing. I am not a fan that on occasion the autopay for rent only pays for utilities and we get an email stating we need to pay rent. Some people don’t clean up after their dogs. When you look around walking the grounds there is a lot of dog poop in the grass. It would be nice if there was some way that doesn’t involve calling security to help with ...

Great community events on site and friendly staff . Common areas are clean and upkeep is good. Location is prime with trails and Mountain View’s.
