Maintenance team deserves 10 stars!! Mason, Justin, Mike & Daniel are ROCKSTARS. I always love to stop and chat with them. They're super helpful, speedy and reliable. I have been renting for 11 years now and this is hands down one of the best maintenance teams in Colorado. As far as everything else it's not terrible. One huge compliant is there was a break-in under us and actually next to our garage and we weren't notified. Better communication from the office outside of their event planning ...

We have lived here for a year and a half now and have had a great experience with Ashlee the property manager and staff who are always so friendly and welcoming. We love the community events for the whole family and pool party and amenities especially the pool. Even the maintenance always say hi too you and are kind.

Great spot for the most part. Only complaint I would have is the tremendous amount of birds and nests in every hall way and the lack of cleaning up after them. There are huge piles of bird droppings, nests on every sprinkler for the fire system, etc. Kind of a fire hazard if you ask me.

Awesome location, perfect for cyclists and dog owners. The recently expanded dog park is great addition. Weekends at the pool are always a fun time. The maintenance team is the best I've ever dealt with.
