their carpet and when I left the carpet was in a very good condition. I talked to a lawyer and he said unless there are paint stains or bleach stains or any extreem damages on the carpet, they shouldn't have charge us for the normal wear on the carpet. So expect to pay for their updates when you move out.

aware of on the first walk through. They said they had an apt to get it fixed shortly. I left a year later with both still never fixed. I have never had an apartment take my entire deposit, but also tell me in the last walk through things were found fine... being that I diligently photo record the place before and after having my things placed inside I myself see no reason as to why I didnt get my money back when i left the place cleaner than i got it. Also, they had numerous other 200+ fees for various reasons they called me a month after i vacated to inform me on. Unless you wish to waste your money on oddly smelling and dimly lit halls just to have them treat it like its a 4 star establishment and tax you for staying there in hopes of using your money to fix their issues id steer clear.. Definitely one of the better quality and quieter apartments in the area, but it just doesn't sit right with me that they took so much of my money and i had nothing i could do about it and they're gonna just keep doing that to others with no warning?

children live here. Everyday she comes up with her own little rules (may i remind you that they are not in the lease you sign when you move in) simply because she feels like it. She will go out of her way to harass you like its almost a game for her. when living there I talked to a few of my neighbors and they seem to agree as well. People pay a lot of money to live there and I don't think its very fair that they have to put up with her. I cant understand how any owner would want her to run this complex. It is such a shame because the place is very nice and well kept. She picks and choose what tenants have to follow the rules or not simply by her liking. I as well wish i believed the reviews about nicole! Very unprofessional and a little side note TO THE OWNERS of this place fire her before she runs your great complex to the ground.
