Poor management & maintenance
December 20, 2022Leasing managers and maintenance people could use an upgrade. Maintenance is extremely lazy. They act like they’re doing a lot when in reality they’re not. Cigarette butts everywhere from one of the guys that smokes. I the leasing managers give you one day notice prior to some kind of event happening in your building or needing to get into your apartment. This makes it difficult when trying to plan accordingly especially when you have dogs. The dog park is extremely small and is nothing but dirt, ...shards of glass and tons of dog poop. The amount of times I’ve had to pick up dog poop so that my dogs wouldn’t step in it is ridiculous. They end up stepping in it regardless. The leasing managers however are nice but how can you schedule some kind of event happening in our building and not be able to give a time period of when things are happening? It’s just extremely unorganized. The only plus I would say is the fact that the bottom floor now has some kind of fenced in area that gives them privacy. Other than that it’s extremely overpriced for what you’re getting. There is no waiting list for this apartment which is good but the apartments are extremely dirty when you move in. They paint over any thing that’s chipped and use cheap paint. It honestly looks like a fixer-upper apartment. Of course apartments look lived in because many people live in the apartments but they do a really poor job of getting up apartment ready for the next people come in. One guy in his apartment had a flea infestation.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Place
January 11, 2018I’ve lived here for about 2 years and i couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The complex is very clean, all of the employees are very professional, and the maintenance team gets things done in a very timely manner. No compassion
January 3, 2017Paid $2000.00 fee to move out early due to death of brother that lived there. Had apartment professionally cleaned. Then was told I loose $1500.00 deposit for moving out early. No compassion. Didn't care. Would NEVER recommend.Review from Apartments.com
