Great staff - Ms. Anesha, Ms. Rebecca, Mr. Tom and all who work here. Centrally located, off of I-75. Easy access to the other highways. Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, malls, pharmacies, urgent care, gas station, etc. Well-lit. Apts are maintained monthly for pest control. Grounds are well kept. Nice neighbors. Professional. Courteous. Friendly. Smiles make my day! This is the beginning of my 3rd year here. Most definitely a place to call home! God bless.

My apartment is a income based retirement with total 225 apartments. we have total 6 buildings. We are located of Williams Road and Martin Luther King Blvd in the Seffner Area. Although the age group from 55yrs to 80 . Our rent start 1 Bedroom 640.00 and 2 Bedroom 746.00 / I give rating of 4, since they do not have much activity for the residents that live at Williams Landing Circle.
