Has suffered in the past couple years
August 1, 2023This used to be a hidden gem in the area. The onsite manager was amazing and repairs were done efficiently. Problems were minimal and handled well. It's gone downhill. Repairs take days and constant follow-up from the renter. The grounds suffer from no one picking up, weeds sprouting everywhere, outside repairs not being completed timely and just a general lack of caring from management while the rent is continuing to go up. The laundry room is expensive and consists of a handful of washers and ...dryers, usually one of them not working properly. I'm not sure management is on site anymore and they don't answer the calls unless it's during business hours. Promises are made and not followed through on.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
