I would recommend this community because it is affordable and little hassle. I would not recommend, because it's not to secure. It has a lot of unsupervised kids. It has to many stray cats and a lady who awakens you early with her own private leaf blower and or loud singing In Your common hallway.

I was very please by Carmelo and how he spend his time explaining everything to me. He even asked me to come back with the information that he will be taking care of me and save the apartment. Not really satisfied with the dumpster situation....office staff never answer the phone, parking lot is always full at night. Hard to find a parking space, bathtubs in both bathrooms peeling on the inside, closet located in the bathroom, not much space for linen and clothes.
