If you want the WORST experience, then come on down. You will love how dysfunctional and negligent the establishment is. Mold? Hell yeah, we'll just pretend it's not there. Laundry room? We'll maybe unlock the door, it's only an amenity afterall. Less income revision so you can pay rent? If it's not making us more money, then why should we? Communication? Didn't hear you. Management change? Multiple times a year because of how demanding this place is. Old wiring and equipment? If it ain't broke, ...

why fix it? So, please do come down so we can make your life a constant hell!

Nice and quiet place to live

This is a nice 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse style apartment. The landlord is very nice. The downstairs living room and kitchen is decent size for a small family. The area is nice with a lot of restaurants and stores close by. The area is quiet and you cannot hear your neighbors!
